Total Debt Solutions (TDS) was another offshoot of Financial Insights Inc. Total Debt was created with the main purpose of working with MLM companies. TDS largest contract was with a company called World Financial Group, also know as World Marketing Alliance an Agon company. We we worked with WFG for about 3 years and learned many things in regards to MLM marketing, team motivation, team developing etc.
Member Board of Directors and Partner

Worked as member of the board of directors and business consultant, had a small ownership of the company. Directed and analyzed company’s mission and vision statement in order to run company effectively. Supported and trained all aspects of debt elimination product to all of their representatives and at one time we signed on over 1000 agents up in a 6 month period. Trained financial group agents regarding sales and marketing of the company’s product, built teams to introduce the product in market and other companies. Recruited/developed and managed a group of sales professionals to drive the profitable revenue growth for our client engagements. Direct the marketing strategy, continuous improvement.
