Executive Payment Solutions is a done for you bill pay, debt-management company. We provide a cost effective solution to many financial planners, mortgage brokers and accountants that want to help their clents get control of their finances without having to manage this aspect themselves. Our system have been developed to automate the bill pay, bill tracking, debt elimination system for all clients.  The EPS system helps multi-channel orginizations provide expanded product offerings with little investment or risk.  The EPS system helps with client retention and product diversification.

President

Conceptualized and Initiated start up of company and its technological systems. Created systems and technology to integrate with client sales force and the actual implementation of the client stratigies. Acted as project manager and created website to report to client, manage clients payments, track and exacute payments and debt-elimination stragey. Concepitualized agent website to manage client portfolio. Successfully managed development team and coordinated technology also managed technology at Azure platform and provided basic knowledge.  

Training & Performance Management

  • Created Policies and proceedures for client services team’s, directed report’s performance, ensured task completion as per standards & internal process, and timely processing of all client requests.
  • Mentored and trained new as well as existing client service team, in various procedures, methodologies and company policies – ensuring uniformity of operations and error mitigation.
