Impact Networth

Impact Networth, was a name and concept that I derivied out of the compleate concept of working on ones debt while increasing their wealth through investments. Impact was an offshoot of WFG when I cam on the company had about 100 reps and very few sales. The founder of the company focused on the investments I focused on the debt elimination.

Senior-Level Manager

  • Proved instrumental in the company direction, vision, strategic planning, accounting or financing and helped to build their sales team also established KPI and tracking what people do so that we can report and run our business.
  • Assisted in development of company plan, Key product offerings and built spreadsheets in order to ensure that website is able to manage the company plan.
  • Aided in training and supporting field representatives on How to build team, Debt Product and supported them on technology resources.

Technology Development

  • Consulted on building commission structure, developed and implemented technology for company to support MLM marketing structure.  Created the first Excel SpreadSheet to manage comp plan.
  • Effectively maged exchange server and built all excel company tracking worksheets which are important for understanding company plan and running website.

Organizing & Supervising

  • Supervised AV team at all events, created PPT presentations, managed all graph creation and development also did video editing to making people aware about our product.
  • Conducted in-depth analysis of their business operations, products, marketing, pricing & value opportunity, competitive analysis and customer retention initiatives.

Defining Roles & Responsibilities

  • Defined roles and responsibilities for each department (Sales and Marketing) to improve company processes and strengthen communication channels.
  • Oversaw sales growth, investor negotiations, P&L, policy and procedure implementation.
  • Conducted sales & team building presentations to groups of 20- 450 individuals imparting necessary competencies throughout US, Dominican Republic, and Canada.

Speaker

  • Acted as speaker for all their convention, conferences, and programs also did over 10o speaking engagement several in Canada, Dominican Republic, travelled throughout the US
  • Represented MLM culture to understand them. But mainly focused on development of MLM product which is actually a debt type product.

Established KPI’s

  • Established KPIs for the organization to define, measure, monitor, and track its performance over time toward the attainment of its stated organizational goals.

Key Accomplishments

  • In start 500K in sales that went to 30 million and has 75 MLM advisors to almost 2,000 registered agents also played an integral part of growing team.
